Da Salvatore Italian Fish Restaurant in Accra, Ghana

Usual Saturday night dinner (as we decided to only eat out during Fridays or Saturdays), Saturday last week, We decided to dine at Da Salvatore Italian Fish Restaurant previously known as the Atlantic Lobster Restaurant ( same name as the Atlantic lobster on the ground floor that sells fresh fish).

The restaurant is actually a big veranda on 2nd floor of Atlantic lobster, it is open air with a really nice atmosphere (don't forget to put on Insect repellent). They focus mainly on sea foods and its not your usual Italian restaurant that serves Pizza and Pasta (because they don't have it), they have no specific on hand menu and the servers do not even know how the dish are called if you would ask them, so its a surprise! You will be paying a fixed amount of 100GHS=$20 for a 10 course meal and its on a reservation basis ( I'm not sure if they accommodate customers that did not reserve in advance).

Their concept of serving is according to their own choice or maybe depending on the availability their seafood (that is what we have observed). This is actually the second time that we  dine here and the food served was different from the last time.

food served on our first visit

Before we considered it as expensive for 100GHS  but now we have realized that with the previous' quality and quantity I would not consider it expensive. we were so full on our previous visit that I could not even finish the pasta but on our recent visit, this time it was just about right, the portion was controlled. Everything in Ghana now has gone up compare to the last year's price, they may not increase price in order for the customers to still afford it but they did reduce the quantity.

Table Setup, Kinda fancy :)
Our food this time, Yummy! bread was freshly baked too!

I'm not sure about how the place get packed during late night time as we always go there before 7PM, before we left that night there were only 3 tables occupied. Maybe it will be busier around 8 or 9PM.

Will I recommend? Yes

Will I go back? Yes
