We chose Blue Ginger- a fusion restaurant in Wellesley, Massachusetts to hold our simple wedding celebration in the U.S. Few weeks before the big day we decided to have dinner at the same time try the food that will be served for the wedding day. The place is popular for serving the East Meets West kind style of dish (so its like Asian European kind of dish).

We arrived Blue Ginger around 6 PM and its kinda packed, we headed into the chic style dinner area and started looking for the events managers and started ordering food as well, of course we also ordered for the foods that will be served on the wedding day. Sad to say its not a FREE food tasting haha

We ordered appetizers I can say this though, serving is huge. good for all of us. There were 5 of us.

As for the wedding we decided to go for the Deluxe Four Course Entree Choice Menu Which allows us to customize the entree selections.
