Food Trip in NYC.

4D3N in New York and I'm Satisfied  with all the food we tried from the fine dine-in steak to halal street food!

A. Wafles and Dinges- saw  this  truck on the side of the  Brooklyn bridge, I deserve this calorie bomb dessert after walking through Brooklyn bridge. LOL Freshly made Belgian waffle with good amounts of toppings to choose from! I ordered  the whipped cream strawberries and bananas with either hot fudge topping. I really love the little bits of sugar that are baked throughout the waffle providing a really enjoyable crunch!

C. Bao Haus - Finally we were able to try the Bao Haus of Eddie Huangs! Richard and I  had tried baos at a different place and wasn't super impressed, but they were tasty though. We got the Beef Bao, Fried Fish baos and rice toppings, they all taste good. However, the wait for the food was quite long and the space isn't comfortable to sit and dine in.

D. The Halal Guys- I think this is a must try when in NYC, we spotted their truck along Broadway, so we decided to order and eat it at one of those public seating places. Its actually a great experience sitting in a public place enjoying a delish meal as people passes by. They got huge servings, we ordered for a chicken over rice with the white sauce and Italian Sausage.

E. Pokeworks -  This restaurant is close to our hotel, satisfy my Poke cravings. Shushi & Maki lovers  must try this when in NYC, there will always be a long line outside but It moves quickly. I tried the Salmon and Tuna mixed with some other vegetable. Excellent fresh ingredients very tasty meal.

F. Leo's Bagel -  A Bagel joint in the financial district of New York. Hard to go wrong with these delicious crunchy bread with soft doughy centers!! Richard and I grabbed ours after the chopper ride tour to see the Statue liberty  and chow it down at the nearest park.

G. The Picnic Basket - Who says you can't eat hummus for breakfast? well I did! This breakfast spot is just few steps away from our hotel. The food is outstanding and a great variety of options from Avocado, Egg whites, Hummus, and many other options that will go with your omelet or eggs. Great value for what you get in terms of the quality and quantity of the breakfast!

H. Turkey Leg - Bought turkey leg at the weekend flea market, not bad at all, cheaper than turkey leg you can get at Disney world.
